Are you a positive and professional receptionist looking to work at a highly successful, boutique finance firm? Based in super smart Mayfair offices, we are looking for a lovely receptionist confident at providing first class customer service. As well as being the first point of contact, we are looking for a receptionist who can assist with all basic admin, as well as working closely with the Office Manager. Based alongside one other on reception, the successful candidate will be required to meet and greet all guests, book and manage the meeting rooms, liaise with catering, sort the post, book travel and couriers, manage office supplies, assist with expenses and help with office events. We are ideally looking for a Receptionist who has some proven previous office experience and who is looking for a front of house role they can really make their own. This role would suit a polished and well-spoken candidate who is happy working as part of a small reception team.
