Auria Heanley

After leaving St. Margaret’s School, Auria went on to complete a Pitman secretarial course before becoming a PA in Oxford. In 2000, Auria started her recruitment career in London, working on both temporary and permanent desks. Auria is experienced in building successful teams having managed the Canary Wharf office of a leading, national secretarial agency. Her area of expertise include the private household, creative and property sectors. As well as her extensive knowledge in the PA and administrative sector, Auria has also spent several years working on senior level HR appointments.

Auria and Olivia previously worked together for several years prior to co-founding Oriel Partners in 2018.

Auria lives in Richmond and spends her weekends at the coast, riding her horse and sailing.

Olivia Coughtrie

Prior to co-founding Oriel Partners in 2018, Olivia was previously an Associate Director at a boutique, West End secretarial agency where she worked for almost 7 years, focusing on senior level briefs across all industry sectors. Olivia managed the permanent team and was integral to the expansion of the business during her time there. She is well known for her direct and honest approach and has many exclusive partnerships with her global clients. Olivia concentrates on the finance, executive search and consulting sectors and specialises on the more senior, C-level roles.

Olivia lives in Berkshire with her husband and two children, having been brought up in Dorset. She was educated at Sherborne School for Girls and graduated with a Business degree in 2008.
