Olivia managed the permanent team and was integral to the expansion of the business during her time there. She is well known for her direct and honest approach and has many exclusive partnerships with her global clients. Olivia concentrates on the finance, executive search and consulting sectors and specialises on the more senior, C-level roles.

Olivia lives in Berkshire with her husband and two children, having been brought up in Dorset. She was educated at Sherborne School for Girls and graduated with a Business degree in 2008.
