Our client, a boutique advisory firm based in Central London, is looking for a Receptionist / Team Assistant to join their team. This is a brand-new role, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to truly make it their own. As the Receptionist / Team Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while also supporting the team with a range of administrative and office management tasks.

In this role, the Receptionist / Team Assistant will be responsible for handling reception duties, answering and directing calls, managing office supplies, and assisting with scheduling meetings. The role also includes supporting the team with document preparation, basic reporting, and general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. This position is ideal for someone with limited experience who is eager to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. 

Our client is looking for a presentable, proactive, and organised Receptionist / Team Assistant with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, but previous experience in an administrative or reception role is not essential - just a willingness to learn and grow.
