We have a fantastic new full-time opportunity for an Administrative/Office Assistant with an international entertainment company in West London founded by a universally acclaimed musician.

The role will be focused on supporting the efficient operations of the office and the office team, including the HR & Ops Manager, Personal Finance and Ops Manager, EA to Founders and EA to COO, General Counsel, Senior Collections Manager and Accounts team. As such, you will have fantastic exposure working across a diverse range of areas, projects and tasks.

Responsibilities will include;

Assisting with HR and Operations, tours and ticketing, IT, expenses, tax, post, deliveries and collections, record keeping, managing calls, providing holiday cover, ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers, co-managing office security, coordinating office maintenance and office policies, managing health and safety procedures and reviewing service contracts, project assistance, co-ordinating archiving and digitisation projects, supporting household projects, providing general admin support and ad hoc tasks as required.

The role requires someone with previous experience in an administrative role supporting office operations, who is hands on, flexible, adaptable, good at problem solving, with excellent inter-personal and organisation skills, sharp attention to detail and a confidential approach.

Such a fantastically varied role for a highly organised and creative individual offering good hybrid working- usually 3 days office based and 2 days remote, with flexibility around the needs of the business. Core hours are 10 am to 6 pm plus some out of hours support.
