We are seeking a Business and Private EA to support the CEO of one of the most well-known and respected luxury hospitality groups in London.

Acting as a true right hand, supporting in both a business and private capacity, key duties will include;

  • Diary, inbox and expense management
  • Minute taking for internal stakeholder meetings including weekly trading meetings and monthly board meetings. Monitoring and following up on actions.
  • Travel coordination, including itinerary creation, booking transport and accommodation, managing visa applications, researching restaurants and making reservations.
  • Coordinating meetings, site visits and social events with landlords, agents, project managers and interior designers.
  • Managing property maintenance and repairs; liaising with landlord/tenants/agents, including sourcing quotes for removals and storage, utilities setup and management, mortgage renewals and requests.
  • Ad-hoc office management tasks e.g. office move coordination and furniture purchasing.
  • Gift purchasing.
  • Filing of all personal and business documentation.
  • Ad hoc requests eg. purchasing ad-hoc items.

Based from the head office in East Central London (with circa 70 staff), the ideal candidate will have hospitality experience in addition to solid business and private support experience and a proactive, hands on and practical approach, where no task is too big or too small!
