A prestigious Private Equity firm are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and professional Receptionist to join their support team. Based in lovely open plan offices, the Receptionist role plays an integral part in the day to day running of the office, being a main point of contact and supporting the team where needed. Working within a fast-paced environment, the Receptionist needs to be proactive, forward-thinking, and exceptionally organised. The ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude is essential to the Receptionist role, along with a willingness to help to get stuck in where needed. The admin team is a tight-knit team, so we are looking for a real team player, who is willing to go above and beyond. This role will provide great exposure across the business, offering fantastic opportunities for a proactive and professional candidate.

Typical Receptionist duties include meetings and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, setting up video/conference calls, operating the reception switchboard, serving refreshments, weekly stock control, prepping client lunches, and assisting other teams with any ad hoc admin requests.

This role will suit a bright and engaging 2nd jobber, who wants to further build their reception experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday – either 8am-5pm, or 9.30am-6.30pm (on rotation)
Smart Central London offices
Initially a 1-year contract starting in May 2024
