Permanent

£30,000 - £40,000

A dynamic, fast-growing company in the energy drinks sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA to provide support to the Founders. This EA role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a successful business, working closely with the leadership team on both professional and personal matters. Our client is one of the fastest-growing energy drink brands in the UK and Europe, one that has already become highly profitable within just 3 years of launching. With backing from high-profile investors, the business is going from strength to strength, prompting the need for a dedicated and resourceful EA to play a pivotal role as part of a collaborative and high-achieving team.

With a primary focus on one of the Founders, the successful EA will be responsible for inbox management and drafting correspondence, managing schedules and travel arrangements, and assisting with business administration tasks such as document preparation and project management. This EA role will also involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders and occasionally providing support to the other Co-Founders. Additionally, there will be personal responsibilities for the EA to support with, such as running errands and household management. For an ambitious and passionate EA, this newly created role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside a hugely successful business. Our client is looking for an EA who has a grounding presence, who can bring order to a dynamic and high-growth environment.

The ideal EA will be exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential, as well as strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.

Candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. A positive, can-do attitude will be essential to succeed!

We appreciate every application but are unable to respond individually to everyone due to the high volumes we receive.
