We are seeking a polished and professional yet also friendly and approachable, corporate receptionist for a well-known global healthcare, pharmacy and retail brand.

Based 5 days a week from offices in Central London, you will be providing typical FOH/Reception duties such as meeting and greeting, answering phones and responding to emails, but also booking and preparing meeting rooms, providing admin and facilities support, ordering stationery, liaising with contractors and 3rd party providers, assisting with any maintenance and health and safety issues.

Working as part of a team of 3 Receptionists, you will be required to work 40 hours a week to cover the reception desk which is staffed from 7.30 am to 6 pm on a shift basis, and must be confident dealing with some strong Executive characters and other VIP and high profile visitors.

The ideal candidate will have some facilities experience in addition to reception and admin experience.

You must be available for an immediate start.
