We have a new opportunity for a detail orientated EA to CEO for a leading global B2B Media & Events Company (for online and in person events).
Based 3-4 days from the office in South West London when the CEO is not travelling, you will support the CEO in both a business private capacity, including overseas - most likely half a dozen times a year, so you must be open to travel.
Typical duties will include diary and expense management, meeting preparation, lunch arrangement, accompanying the CEO to meetings and documenting key action points, travel and accommodation arrangement, assisting with the CEOs media plan, events, and client management, maintaining an organised office space for the CEO, general admin support and personal support/errands as required.
Since the CEO has not had an EA previously, there is a great opportunity to make the role your own.
Previous business and private support experience is required. Events experience would be beneficial. There are excellent opportunities for this role to broaden, depending on the skills and interests of the EA.
