Corporate Receptionist for Mayfair based Private Equity firm

Our client, a top tier Private Equity firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first impression of the company so the necessity for professionalism is key. This is a temporary role with a view to go permanent should it be the right fit.

Working on a busy reception, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting high profile clients, fieldling phone calls as well as liaising with third party contractors and building management. This is a busy and demanding role, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to juggle several things at the same time whilst remaining calm and professional at all times. 

Duties include: 

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors.
  • Fielding phone calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Assisting internal departments with meeting room coordination.
  • General office administration. 
  • Assisting the wider support team where necessary. 

Key Attributes:

  • At least 2 years experience as a corporate receptionist.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • A very high attention to detail. 
  • A second language would be advantageous but not mandatory.
