We have a lovely new hybrid EA to CEO opportunity within the entertainment/hospitality sector.
Based 3 days a week from the office and 2 days remotely, working as part of a friendly, approachable and collaborative team of 20 office staff, key responsibilities will include;
- Diary, inbox and expense management for the CEO
- Travel arrangement for the CEO and other Managers when necessary
- Acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact
- Scheduling SMT and team meetings
- Preparing the CEO for meetings with briefing notes, documents, presentations, minutes, reports and letters
- Preparing papers and reports for Board meetings, taking and circulating minutes
- Managing the admin budget and monthly charges, credit cards and petty cash, as well as processing invoices
- Supporting the SMT Assistant with office management for the head office and meeting rooms, eg. ordering supplies
- Filing, recording, archiving and supporting with the Document Management System
- Recording CEO approvals
- Events planning support
- General admin support
- Assisting with recruitment and training
Included within the package are private medical insurance, life assurance and 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, as well as attraction tickets.
Some experience in the hospitality/entertainment industry and/or within marketing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have Board experience too.
