Are you ready to take the next step in your career and be part of something truly impactful? We are working on an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced EA to make a positive difference within a pioneering environmental organisation. As the EA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting an inspirational CEO, along with additional support to the Board of Trustee’s and Chair. This role will be joining a close-knit team with a friendly company culture, based in their eco-friendly offices, but with plenty of remote working and flexible hours.

This position goes beyond typical administrative tasks; as the EA, you will be instrumental in shaping high-level meetings, parliamentary activities, and policy initiatives, all while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including press and parliamentary contacts. In this dynamic role, the successful EA will manage essential functions such as Board and Senior Management meetings, ensuring meticulous preparation, documentation, and follow-up. The EA will have a front-row seat in supporting crucial environmental policy and parliamentary engagements, drafting briefing materials and speeches that influence the organisation’s mission. This EA position also includes organising events, from internal gatherings to high-profile receptions, where you’ll play a key role in managing the agenda and logistics.

This is the perfect role for an EA professional looking elevate their career. The successful EA will have a track record of supporting at C-Suite level, with excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional written communication skills. The chosen candidate will also have prior experience dealing with the media, as well as liaising with politicians, and has an understanding of environmental issues.

Our client is based from fantastic eco-friendly offices in East London, however they offer plenty of hybrid working, only requiring you to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Core hours are flexible.
