We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and proactive EA to support the Co-Founders of a fast-growing, yet well-established, real estate investment firm. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy, dynamic, and collaborative individual eager to provide an exceptional level of support to two busy Executives. By working closely with the Founders, the successful EA will gain invaluable exposure to an international firm committed to becoming a net zero carbon developer, where sustainability and inclusivity sits at the heart of the business. This EA role will include a variety of responsibilities; diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings, international travel arrangements, client liaison, preparation presentations for investor meetings, preparing weekly newsletters and updating the company website, organising lunches and corporate events, and supporting with internal and external communications.
As an integral part of the team, we are looking for an EA who is reliable, adept at multitasking, and able to remain calm under pressure. This is a thrilling opportunity for an ambitious EA who is looking for a role with significant growth and development potential.
Essential requirements: Degree educated, highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes, as well as having strong communication skills, great at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
