We are thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic and visionary Entrepreneur and CEO in search of an exceptional EA. This role calls for a highly skilled, professional, and reliable EA who can serve as the CEO’s indispensable right hand, ensuring seamless support across all facets of their busy professional and personal life. As a HNWI with diverse business ventures and a demanding private schedule, the CEO requires an EA who excels in managing complex diaries, coordinating high-priority meetings, arranging intricate travel plans, and streamlining communications. Building strong relationships with VIP stakeholders and acting as the CEO’s eyes and ears when they are travelling will also be key responsibilities for this EA. This is a fast-paced, high-level role suited to a proactive and dynamic EA who thrives under pressure, adapts effortlessly to last-minute changes, and brings unwavering dedication and precision to their work. The successful EA will be highly resourceful, meticulous, and fully committed to ensuring the CEO’s life runs with absolute efficiency.

Key EA Responsibilities:

  • Manage an intricate and ever-changing diary, scheduling high-level meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel, including private aviation and accommodation
  • Streamline communications, acting as the primary gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders
  • Oversee personal affairs, including household and lifestyle management
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, handling maintenance, refurbishments, and liaising with contractors
  • Coordinate family-related matters, including travel, events, and logistics
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to support business activities
  • Oversee special projects and business initiatives as directed by the CEO
  • Act as a trusted representative in meetings when required
  • Handle ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency

EA Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting a HNWI or Entrepreneur across both business and personal matters
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexibility to accommodate out-of-hours support when necessary

This is a full-time, office-based role in a prime central London location, with core hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and the expectation of some out-of-hours flexibility. Some travel may be required. Our client offers a competitive salary along with a discretionary bonus.
