EA & Office Manager - Global Beauty Brand

We are seeking an EA and Office Manager for a successful and growing global beauty brand.

Based 4-5 days a week from the office in Central London, you will be supporting a well-established and well-respected Senior Manager in a business and private capacity, as well as helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of the serviced office.

On the EA side, duties will include diary, inbox and expense management, global travel arrangement, acting as a gatekeeper, project management and some private support (likely to be 15% as trust develops).

On the office management side, you will be the go to person in the office, supporting with meeting room, catering and office supplies management, maintenance and IT issues, health and safety, and assisting with a forthcoming office expansion.

The ideal candidate will have EA & office management experience, used to working in a highly creative, fast-paced and constantly changing, start up type organisation; someone hands on, happy to ‘muck in,’ and excited to grow with the expanding business.
