An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a EA / Office Manager to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding hospitality real estate private equity firm. Based in stunning, modern offices in Victoria, this rewarding EA / Office Manager role primarily involves supporting the CFO (business & private), with additional EA responsibilities for other members of the senior leadership team. This dynamic, fast-paced position offers significant scope and autonomy, enabling you to truly make an impact on the firm's continued success.
EA / Office Manager responsibilities include comprehensive diary and inbox management, coordinating busy and high-volume schedules, preparing research and documentation for the CFO’s meetings, and managing extensive international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries. You will also handle expense management, provide private PA support to the CFO, assist with ad hoc projects, and act as a gatekeeper for the CFO. Additionally, the role includes office management duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment.
The ideal EA / Office Manager will have a background in boutique finance, real estate, or professional services, with proven experience as a PA or EA at a senior level. We are looking for a EA / Office Manager that possesses strong influencing skills, a calm and emotionally intelligent demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
