A once in a lifetime opportunity has arisen for a superstar candidate who is ambitious, degree educated, well-presented and confident to support a successful entrepreneur in a business and capacity. Acting as their true right hand, a role with plenty of scope and progression. A start up environment, working 5 days in the office based in South Kensington.

Key duties for the Executive Assistant 

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organise and prioritise meetings, appointments, and events for the family office.
  • Meeting Coordination & Documentation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up for board and management meetings.
  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Principal
  • Document & Records Management: Maintain and secure digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Expense & Budget Management: Track office-related expenses, process reimbursements, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with external advisors and service providers to ensure timely responses and smooth operations.
  • Executive management support: Research, Meeting preparation notes, content development and presentations.
  • Financial & Asset Management: Oversee personal financial matters, including payments, invoices, and asset performance updates.
  • Family & Household Coordination: Liaise with household staff, manage schedules, and handle logistical needs for family events.
  • Event Planning: Organise personal gatherings and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Health & Wellness Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with wellness providers to support the Principal's goals.


The ideal Executive Assistant 

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Interest in the Arts, sustainability and ESG
  • Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player
  • Proactive: always thinking one step ahead
  • Personable with a positive attitude.
  • High integrity and professionalism in managing privileged information.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adept at managing a fast-paced and diverse workload.
  • Hard working, discreet and trustworthy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Unflappable, flexible and problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and warm approach
  • High attention to detail
