We are looking for an exceptional EA to be the driving force behind the Executive Director’s office, to provide top-tier administrative and organisational support. As the EA, you will be the right-hand person, managing complex diaries, coordinating high-profile meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This is an exciting and varied EA role that offers the successful candidate fantastic long-term opportunities.

Typical EA duties:

  • High-level diary management and meeting coordination
  • Preparing briefing notes, agendas, and presentations
  • Handling correspondence and acting as a key point of contact for VIPs
  • Supporting Governance processes and Board administration
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and event logistics
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives

Key EA requirements:

  • Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting a Senior Executive or Director
  • Governance experience is essential 
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling confidential information with absolute discretion
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with governance processes is a plus

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm + ad hoc attendance to press night events and shows. This role is based in Central London, with flexibility to work from home reflecting the Executive Director’s schedule (typically 4:1).
