Executive Assistant to Founding Partners 

Oxford Circus, Central London 

5 Days office 

£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus 

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar Executive Assistant to work for a boutique property investment firm to support two Founding Partners. The Executive Assistant will be well versed to working under pressure and in a fast-paced varied role. This is 5 days in the office.

Key Executive Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for two Partners
  • Prioritise emails, draft, review and send communications on behalf of Partners
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Responsible for handling personal correspondence
  • Managing and scheduling personal appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and activities, including accommodations, transport, and meals
  • Taking minutes and actions in meetings when requested 
  • Maintain various records and documents
  • Handling internal & external phone calls and emails
  • Carry out other duties or responsibilities when other members of the team need assistance
  • Need to be comfortable with a flexible approach to tasks and be proactive in solving problems. 
  • Organising office events, lunches, drinks etc
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet & meeting pack creation
  • Liaising with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)
  • Provide support for HR when needed

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Ability to work without close supervision and prioritise workload
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge of the role
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Team player qualities
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft packages - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
