A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to work for an UHNW family from Dubai who has recently set up a Family Office in the heart of Mayfair. 

Key Executive Assistant and Office Management Duties: 

  • Providing extensive EA support to the CEO and CFO with all diaries, meeting and travel arrangements 
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office; facilities, supplies, IT and phones 
  • Setting up policies and procedures for the office 
  • Extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Undertake special tasks or project work delegated by the senior management team to ensure that projects are successfully completed by agreed deadlines.

  • Manage the payments on behalf of the senior management team, including banking cheques preparation, alongside the treasury department, and any other subscriptions if needed.
