We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the President of an international consultancy with offices in London Bridge. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between the senior leadership team, internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients. In addition to the typical Executive Assistant duties, the successful candidate will also be involved in marketing and communications and managing a small team of two.
Executive Assistant duties:
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive team members.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics, as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan and organise events.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communication, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Project manage the delivery of Marketing and Communications strategy, alongside the team.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has solid previous experience supporting C-level executives, with Marketing and Communications knowledge.
