Entrepreneur and diplomatic journalist and former downing street advisor is looking for an Executive Assistant in the true sense of the world. This is not a classic EA role, there is no calendar scheduling but he needs an Executive Assistant to handle a full travel programme and handle the administration of his different interests and projects ranging from his journalism blog, his NGO and assisting young entrepreneurs to launch their business ideas.
This role would suit an EA, probably with an interest in world affairs, organised, resourceful and who delights in detail. He needs someone who can deliver to high standards, enjoys administration as well as able to have a creative input in what he is doing. You will be setting up administrative systems, assist with recruiting new staff, setting up online platforms, finding solutions, procuring items and some personal errands/gift procurement. You will need to be tech and social media savvy.
Job will initially be 4 days per week and but will go full time shortly. You will be working remotely but coming into London once or twice a week for meetings etc. Lots of growth potential in the role.
