Foot-in the door opportunity – Temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant 

This is an ongoing temp role with an immediate start – this role is expected to last at least two months

A successful wealth management firm is looking for Receptionist/Office Assistant role in buzzy central London! They are looking for the Ambassador of our office and you will be responsible for delivering a high-end, welcoming experience to clients, managing reception duties, assisting with facilities, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and suppliers
  • Make barista-style coffees and manage the coffee machine
  • Organise meetings, couriers, and post
  • Assist with health & safety tasks and IT equipment support
  • Keeping all communal areas in order and manage office stock
  • Support corporate events and internal events

They’re looking for someone with 6 months admin experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and strong attention to detail.
