We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate to lead a team of 7 Personal Assistants within a prestigious UHNW Family Office based in Cyprus. The successful PA will be based in Cyprus, with full support provided for relocation, including housing and a car. As Head of the PAs, this role will involve overseeing the PA team while liaising closely with the General Manager of the Household, as well as with the CEO and his wife. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth operations within a highly dynamic and private environment.
As Head of PAs, you will be responsible for the overall management of the PA team, ensuring that all administrative tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, and support are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. You will work alongside the General Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between the PAs and household staff, while also acting as a central point of contact for the Principal and his wife.
As Head of PAs, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating needs, and providing seamless support for all members of the family office. Strong communication skills and discretion are paramount, as you will be working with high-profile individuals and handling sensitive information.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within a UHNW or private family office environment, with a proven track record in managing administrative teams and providing executive support at the highest level. You will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with ease. This role requires someone who has a firm but fair approach, a nurturing personality but able to lead with confidence.
This role requires a fluent Russian speaker. The role also requires someone who is available immediately and open to relocation to Cyprus and other potential locations.
