Our client, a hugely successful luxury skincare company based in fun, creative offices in the West End are looking for a dynamic and highly organised HR Administrator.  This HR administrator will need to have bags of energy, enthusiasm and be happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!  This HR Administrator role would suit someone with a couple of years generalist HR experience who loves to be kept busy and get involved in all aspects of HR Administration.  This generalist HR Administrator will be responsible for assisting Line Managers with recruitment, reward (researching new benefits), and dealing with general HR administration including inductions, starters and leavers, staff reviews/appraisals, updating HR system, offer letters and contracts, referencing, updating payroll, monitoring trial periods such as flexi working, holidays and HR announcements.  So, if you are looking for your next exciting challenge amongst a vibrant and young team with lots to offer, please apply immediately!  Hours 9-5.30pm + 25 days holiday +pension.
