A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading private equity firm to join their marketing team as Marketing Coordinator.
Key Marketing Coordinator Duties:
- Team co-ordination and admin support (liaison with third party suppliers, diary management, room bookings, travel if required, restaurant bookings, expenses)
- Maintenance of standard marketing material as directed
- Co-ordinating new joiner photos and business cards
- Co-ordinating logistical arrangements for all photos, podbytes and films
- Sourcing branded goods to support marketing initiatives
- Maintenance of master marketing tracker and monthly marketing reports
- Updating company website as directed particularly the biography page
The Ideal Marketing Coordinator:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Professional and immaculately presented
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software; PowerPoint and InDesign ideally
- Excellent communicator verbally and in written form
- Energetic, hard-working and dynamic
