This is a super opportunity for an Office Manager looking to work with a diverse, close knit and extremely friendly team. Based in smart Mayfair offices, our client specialises in the luxury market and are looking for an Office Manager who will become an essential cog in the smooth running of the office and is ideally suited to someone with a very positive, can-do attitude. This role is supporting with traditional office management and front house tasks as well as supporting the growing team where required.


Typical Office Manager duties will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for meeting clients and guests
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy office
  • Scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Daily post management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with team events
  • Working with the office building team
  • Coordinating new office procedures
  • Working with HR
  • Managing IT projects


The ideal Office Manager will have confidence in prioritising multiple conflicting workloads, be self-motivated with have proven experience of working on their own initiative. We do not need a candidate who has been an Office Manager previously, but they must have some solid administrative experience.
