Our client is a leading professional services firm who seek an experienced Office Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine. The successful candidate will be the go-to person in the office, the ideal role for a real team player who enjoys wearing many hats and engaging in a wide range of responsibilities. The Office Manager will need to have a proactive and hands-on approach to their role, with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. In a busy and fast-paced environment, the Office Manager will be key to overseeing the day-to-day office functions, managing supplier relationships, developing and implementing processes to ensure seamless business operations, general IT support, organising events, management of the reception area, and much more. Our client prides themselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, with this Office Manager role sitting right at the heart of the business, working closely alongside the Head of Operations.

The successful Office Manager must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a boutique environment. Someone who is tech savvy, highly organised with a professional and friendly demeanour will excel in this role.
