It is to work for a boutique but with a global reach security and insurance firm based in the heart of the City. This role offers lots of scope, progression and one you can make your own. They offer hybrid working (3:2) too.
Key Office Manager & PA Duties
- Being the first point of contact for colleagues and clients
- Ensure the smooth running of the London office, and managing the facilities, working closely with building management and security.
- To be responsible for the booking, scheduling and coordination of meetings held with external and internal persons within the office location.
- Managing the office budget
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Liaising with suppliers such as IT and cleaning staff
- Being responsible for Health and Safety and fire regulations within the office
- Managing expenses, invoices and the company credit card
- Inducting new starters and ensuring all staff have building access
- Negotiating insurance contracts
- Organising office operations and procedures
- Managing digital filing systems
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Making travel arrangements for national and international travel, hotels and transfers
- Screening phone calls and emails
- Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Arranging events
- Project management
