With beautiful offices based in the West End, you will be looking after a very high-end calibre office as well as supporting an MD and acting as first point of contact for all visitors, many of which are incredibly high profile.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a very clean, tidy and professional corporate office.
  • Supporting a busy MD with scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Event management.
  • Meeting room management.
  • Liaising with the Operations Head to ensure a smooth running of the office.
  • Championing the front of house role (this would only be a small percentage of the job role)
  • Being first point of contact for all guests and visitors.


Key attributes:

  • Someone super smart and professional with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Someone who has had experience as an Office Manager, PA and Corporate Receptionist.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Someone with an extensive background in high level corporate office support.
