We are excited to be working on this fantastic role for a dynamic and experienced PA to support the COO (Grand Secretary) of a heritage-focused organisation, dedicated to preserving historical and cultural traditions. The PA will manage diaries, handle email communications, organise files and documentation, arrange meetings and agendas, prepare briefing materials, take minutes in Board meetings, arrange travel, and oversee all correspondence on behalf of the Executive Team, whilst ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Further support with organising events and preparing presentations will also form part of the role.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a PA supporting at senior level, as well as proven experience of implementing new systems. Key attributes include being tech savvy, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude.
This role is primarily office-based in Central London, hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
