We are seeking a part-time Office Manager, 2 days a week, for a growing global B2B software firm, who have developed a highly successful AI social media publishing tool, used by top media brands.
Based from the Central London head office on a Monday and a Friday, with hours from 9 am to 6 pm with an hour for lunch, you will provide the usual office manager duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, as well as supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks, arranging twice weekly company lunches, and assisting with events, including the organisation of an annual all company meet up in London and related travel for this.
The ideal candidate will have some office experience. Previous office management and administration experience a real bonus!
