The charitable foundation funded by an UHNW family to promote the teaching of the Chinese language in state schools is looking for Personal Assistant to support the work of the CEO and Assistant Manager of the charity. Although a small charity they have a sizeable outreach and are based in the headquarters of the family’s multinational business.
They are looking for a Personal Assistant used to working with close attention to detail and managing lots of different stakeholders and is a good written communicator who is sensitive to the concerns of their audience.
You will be handling funding requests, scheduling, attending meetings and taking notes and assisting with the co-ordination of 2 major conferences per year. Ideally they would also like a PA who can manage their contacts database, oversees their website and does some financial administration. The offices are based in central London and they are open to flexible working hours across the working week or 3 -4 whole days. They work on a hybrid basis and would require the PA to be in the office 1 day per week and when necessary an additional day. The role will suit a Personal Assistant used to having a good eye for detail, can proofread, with lots of common sense and initiative.
