Our client, an established Family Office in the West End, is seeking a professional and highly personable PA to support the main Principle in a private capacity. Joining a tight-knit team of PAs, this role will require the successful PA to be very hands on, taking on a variety of tasks, which can often be required at short-notice and with last-minute changes. Typical duties will include diary management and arranging appointments, event organisation, personal shopping and sourcing of rare items, online research and more. This role will require an experienced PA who has excellent organisational skills, is naturally proactive and takes initiative, and would describe themselves as switched-on. As well as the main Principle, the PA will provide ad hoc support to other family members, becoming part of a key team ensuring the smooth running of the Family Office and the family’s day to day lives.
The successful candidate will be emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills, capable of handling a variety of tasks at once, and experienced working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
This role is part-time, 3 days per week (Monday & Tuesday, plus Wednesday OR Thursday).
Office hours are 9.30am – 6pm and will be office-based in the West End for those 3 days.
