  • Travel Coordination: Planning and overseeing complex international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Acting as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, screening calls and emails, and responding on behalf of the Founder.
  • Event Planning: Organising high-profile business functions, dinners, and networking events.
  • Research & Reporting: Compiling data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Administrative Oversight: Handling expenses, invoices, and banking tasks with precision.
  • Meeting Coordination: Attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring all follow-ups are actioned.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Managing sensitive business and personal information with the utmost professionalism.

PA Requirements:

  • Proven PA experience at C-suite or senior executive level.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and anticipate needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • A discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • High energy, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset – always looking to improve and optimise processes.
  • An interest in venture capital, tech, or entrepreneurship would be advantageous.

Our client is based in lovely offices in the West End, core hours are 9/9.30am – 5.30pm. This role is primarily office-based, but with some flexibility to work from home on occasion when the Founder and business needs allow.

Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays (additional days for length of service), private medical care, pension contribution, cycle to work scheme and more!

This is a truly unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic, high-impact firm, supporting an influential leader at the forefront of investment and entrepreneurship.
