An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private PA to provide dedicated support to the Founder of a globally recognised skincare brand. This Private PA role is based in Hong Kong, so it is essential that all applicants can speak fluent Mandarin, both written and verbal. As the Private PA, you will have the chance to work closely with an industry leader in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Private PA Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Founder’s personal and daily life arrangements, ensuring seamless organisation and efficiency.
- Oversee scheduling, travel coordination, personal errands, and various private tasks to support the Founder’s day-to-day life.
- Handle time-sensitive requests with discretion, professionalism, and a high degree of flexibility.
Private PA Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin with strong communication skills.
- Candidates can currently be based in Hong Kong or looking to relocate there.
- 5+ years’ experience in private, personal assistant roles, supporting UHNWI.
