We are very excited to be working on a fabulous 12-month FTC for an EA supporting 2 HNW Partners of a leading venture capital firm who work with some of the coolest consumer brands of the future! As the EA you will provide a high level of business and private support ensuring all areas of their lives runs like clockwork! There will also be a light touch of operational support. You will be based out of their smart West London offices 2 days a week, with flexibility to work from home but you will need to live in easy reach. There is a fun, collaborative vibe in the office but you will be joining a small team of hard-working individuals, so a strong work ethic is essential. This EA will need to be one step ahead at all times, with strong attention to detail and utmost efficiency. Our client is looking for an experienced business and private EA with high energy and a positive attitude, who is always willing to go the extra mile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Typical EA duties will include diary and inbox management, travel – both business and personal, external board support, managing onboarding property management, greeting guests into the office, sourcing suppliers and contractors, restaurant bookings, car fleet management, planning events such as birthdays and family parties, and ad hoc requests from members of the family.
