We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join an established global conglomerate and oversee the operations of their boutique London office based in Mayfair. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative functions, office management, and logistics support to ensure effective and efficient operations. This busy and varied Office Manager role involves developing and maintaining administrative policies, managing office requisitions, ensuring compliance with government and legal requirements, arranging logistic services for senior management and VIP visitors, collaborating with the Corporate HR Department, and maintaining office expenditures and budgets.

The ideal Office Manager will have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar position, and excellent communication, strategic thinking, and multitasking skills.

Working hours are 8am – 6pm. Fabulous benefits package including annual discretionary bonus, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare and pension.
