We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA support the CEO of an educational start up, this is a remote role with one weekly in-person visit. The CEO balances running a business and working as a doctor and requires assistance with both professional and personal tasks. In addition to this, you will provide support for the Senior Leadership Team.
Key PA Responsibilities:
- Finance & Budget Management: Track budgets, manage personal taxes, cancel unused subscriptions, and process invoices.
- Communication Administration: Manage emails, letters, Slack, LinkedIn, and medical communications, flagging urgent matters.
- Task & Deadline Management: Ensure awareness of upcoming deadlines, prevent delays, and maintain task accountability.
- Home Management: Oversee bills, home repairs, deliveries, and related tasks.
- Organisational Support: Provide structure to maintain focus and assist with daily tasks, including diary management and scheduling tasks.
- Weekly In-Person Check-In: Review paperwork, tasks, and address outstanding home or business issues.
PA requirements:
- Knowledge of AI tooling
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and foster accountability.
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling personal and professional matters.
