We are looking for an organised, professional, and personable Office Manager to join a prestigious private family office on a 1-year maternity cover contract. Based in the heart of Mayfair, this full-time, in-office Office Manager role offers the opportunity to be the backbone of their operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for their team and visitors.

As the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in managing office operations, from welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism to handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and overseeing office supplies. You will also liaise with vendors and building management to ensure everything runs smoothly. This Office Manager role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key to excelling in this role.

This role requires at least 1 years’ experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative role. Working hours are 9am – 6pm with flexibility to work from home when the team are travelling.
