A boutique asset management firm based in the heart of Marylebone are looking for a professional, polished Receptionist to join their team! The role requires the Receptionist to be in office 5 days a week to oversees the front of house.
Key Reception Duties:
- Meet and greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- To be responsible for the booking, scheduling and coordination of meetings held with external and internal persons within the office location.
- To ensure that all meeting rooms remain clean, tidy, comfortable and ready for use
- To ensure that all stocks of stationery are maintained to the required level and to order items in advance to maintain this.
- To be one of 2 office Fire Marshals. To be instructed and trained on arrival and to then be on standby to lead and direct the office in the event of an alarm of evacuation.
- If qualified to be the office first aider and primary contact in event of a medical incident
- To be responsible for the dispatch and receipt of items to support the UK office.
- To process invoices and expenses as required.
- When required, to be ready to support Operations and the office EAs with any tasks or projects as required. This includes but is not limited to: Internal events, restaurant reservations and the booking and coordination of transport.
