A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking for their first job in the financial services sector. Working in a dual Reception and Team Assistant role for a boutique wealth management firm in Victoria.
Key Duties
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Provide support to the day-to-day management of the office
- Managing all meeting rooms
- Liaison with the building's contractors, suppliers, managers and cleaners
- Supporting the wider team, including management of team diaries and supporting with correspondence
Ideal Candidate
- Well presented and professional
- Ideally a first jobber looking for their first office support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
