A dynamic boutique investment company, specialising in crypto, real estate, and other ventures With a young, forward-thinking team, it operates similarly to a private family office. The office features a games room and even welcomes select investors to work from their space.
They are now looking for a polished and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet visitors, including investors and high-profile guests, with confidence and warmth.
• Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling.
• Work closely with the Business/Private EA to the CEO/Founder, assisting with office management and bookings (restaurants, accommodation, flights, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing regular office events (every two weeks).
• Handle general office administration and ad hoc tasks.
• Maintain a professional but firm approach when managing visitor expectations and office use.
Ideal Candidate:
• Some previous front-of-house or receptionist experience (not a first jobber).
• Luxury hospitality experience would be a strong plus.
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting with a high-energy team and investors.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple requests, stay calm under pressure, and push back when necessary.
• Enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment.
