A fabulous Receptionist is required for a boutique finance firm, based in their stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair. This is a wonderful role for a career Receptionist, who loves being the first point of contact for all clients and employees, thrives in a client facing role and always provides 5* customer service and is responsible for the smooth running of the office.

Key Reception Duties: 

  • Meet and greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner 
  • Manage the meeting rooms and ensure all physical and electronic facilities are in place 
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect calls and take messages accordingly 
  • Receive, open and distribute post and manage all courier bookings and deliveries 
  • Monitor catering and cleaning services, ensure kitchen and office supplies well stocked 
  • Support the EAs and wider operations team when necessary

  • Warm, welcoming demeanour 
  • Cool, calm and level-headed when dealing with senior members of the company  
  • Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player 
  • Honest, trustworthy and dependable 
  • Looking for longevity in their next Reception role
