Global US Mayfair based investment firm is looking for a Front of House Co-ordinator who will combine the Reception function with looking after the running of the office. The role of the Receptionist/Office Manager will be responsible for the welcoming of visitors, hospitality provision and office operations. As well as being ambassador for the company, your role will include managing all the food and office supplies, assist with onboarding new staff, co-ordinate space planning and internal office moves, oversee health and safety and facilities issues in the office etc.

They are looking for applicants with minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or finance investment boutiques with strong interpersonal skills and good attention to detail.
