Key Recruitment Co-Ordinator Duties 

  • Provide all coordination and administration support required from start to finish of the contractor Recruitment process.
  • Posting and monitoring of active role requisitions and other recruitment/social media platforms.
  • Conducting initial CV screen & shortlisting of potential candidates prior to detailed secondary CV screen.
  • Candidate communication to include but not limited to managing all recruitment calls, invites to interview, confirmation of appointments, preparation of recruitment days, reference requests, and post interview communication
  • Assisting with conducting face-to-face, video or telephone contractor interviews in London or at other suitable locations if necessity dictates.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as directed by the Director, UK and or Senior Director, HR.

The Ideal Recruitment Co-Ordinator 

  • Possess a diligent, responsible and professional manner, able to work with the minimum of supervision and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining the integrity and quality of the product.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a systematic and thorough manner on routine tasks.
  • Excellent administrative and record tracking skills ensuring excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet the operational need.
