Are you looking to work within a creative environment in one of the world’s leading luxury goods organisations?  Our client, based in fabulous offices in the West End, are looking for a bright and bubbly Recruitment Coordinator to be part of their HR team.  As their Recruitment Coordinator you will be looking after 2 Talent Sourcers for the UK business and work across 20 luxury brands.

Recruitment Coordinator duties include;

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide HR Managers with required documentation prior to each interview
  • Overall responsibility for the Recruitment training sessions
  • Provide general Team Assistance to the HR Department

Experience you will need;

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience behind you with a strong focus on diary management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office incl. Outlook, Excel, PP and Word
  • Experience of working within the recruitment cycle and within a luxury retailer preferred

You will need to have bags of energy and a real passion for the industry, be articulate, team focussed, results driven with an organised approach and be able to juggle multiple demands at one time whilst remaining calm and positive at all times.  In return you will be offered career progression, bonus, discount on goods, pension, private health care, 25 days holiday and a hardworking yet fun environment.  Hours 9-5.30.
