Are you a flexible, experienced Receptionist who thrives on last-minute bookings and holiday cover? We’re seeking a professional Receptionist to join a team at a vibrant, high-end co-working space in Central London.

This role is ideal for a Receptionist with a background in luxury hospitality or concierge services who can jump in with ease for short-notice bookings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star service at reception, warmly welcoming members and guests
  • Manage booking requests, member introductions, and all reception/admin tasks
  • Support the team with various reception duties, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist essential
  • Friendly, adaptable, and proactive, with availability for last-minute cover
