We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Team Assistant to join the Talent Acquisition team of a premium organisation. Based in gorgeous modern offices in Central London, with a hybrid working model, this Team Assistant position will play an integral role within a growing, Private Equity backed, establishment. For this Team Assistant role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and within the Talent Acquisition world and has a natural willingness to go above and beyond. The Team Assistant role will involve liaising with hiring managers, candidates and agencies and building strong relationships, preparing documents and writing exciting job adverts, using your creative skills to prepare PowerPoint presentations, and arranging meetings. For a highly motivated Team Assistant, this role provides huge scope for involvement in wider strategic projects across this global organisation, offering fantastic progression opportunities. The successful Team Assistant will be proactive and engaging, tech savvy, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment, with at least 1 years’ experience.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
